Our Story

A small flower farm with big dreams, rooted in the rich soil of Central Arkansas.

A Teacher's New Chapter

Hey there! I'm Lauren, and for years I spent my days in the classroom as a special education teacher. I loved my students, but there was always a little voice in my heart whispering about flowers.

In 2022, I finally listened. What started as a few rows of zinnias in our backyard has grown into Taylor's Field — named after our beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Elizabeth Taylor, rooted in this beautiful Arkansas soil I'm so grateful to call home.

Building Our Dream

What you see today didn't happen overnight. There were long days, muddy boots, and a whole lot of wheelbarrow trips. But every bit of hard work was worth it.

More Than Just Flowers

Did you know that most flowers sold in stores have traveled thousands of miles to get there? They're often picked weeks before you see them, and the journey takes a toll — on their beauty and on our environment.

I believe flowers should be fresh, vibrant, and full of life. When you get a bouquet from Taylor's Field, those blooms were in the ground just hours before. No planes, no warehouses — just sunshine, good soil, and a whole lot of love.

Our Core Values

Community First

Every purchase supports a local family and keeps our community blooming. We're neighbors, not a corporation.

Gentle on the Earth

We grow using sustainable practices, care for our soil, and avoid harmful chemicals. Good for the flowers, good for the planet.

Joy in Every Stem

Flowers should make you smile. Whether it's a tiny market bunch or wedding centerpieces, we pour happiness into everything we grow.

Why "Taylor's Field"?

We decided to name our garden after our beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Elizabeth Taylor, and this land has become so much more than a flower farm — it's where we make memories, where our kids play, where we gather with friends. The field has become the heart of our home.

When you hold a bouquet from Taylor's Field, you're holding a little piece of our family. And that means the world to us.

Whether you're picking up your weekly CSA bouquet, ordering flowers for a special occasion, or just stopping by to say hello — we're always happy to see you.
